  2. I have tried quitting smoking a couple times recently. The first time I lasted an hour and the second time two hours. I don’t know what app is best for me. I smoke over 3 packs a day!

    • I smoked a pack a day for 35 years. I have been smoke free for 22 days, and I know I will never smoke again. I read a book by Allen Carr, The Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I would never have believed a book could help me quit. Try it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Good luck.

  3. How do I know which app is the correct one? I tried to find “quit smoking”. There are several apps by that name. I want to be sure I get the one you have recommended

  4. I am an chronic cocaine smoker even weed as well as cigarette smoker in fact I smoke all kind of smoke u can think of. Now I want to quit but more I tried the more it worsened. please somebody should help me out of this bondage.
